A great Champagne wine, the Saint-Vincent cuvée has been marketed since the 1964 vintage. It is selected at harvest time from old Chardonnay de Chouilly vines, only when the maturation conditions are exceptional. This wine, harvested at the start of the harvest, in September in dry and sunny weather, promised a great future from pressing, having the perfect sugar-acid-PH balance from the harvest, after vinification and bottling. The St-Vincent cuvées cross the decades with ease. The 1964 vintage was followed by: 1969, 1971, 1973, 1976, 1981, 1983, 1988, 1990, 1996 and 2000.
