This Blanc de Noir champagne is made with Meunier from the Ardre Valley, Installed on moderately steep slopes, the vineyard of the Ardre Valley, on either side of the river and its tributaries, is divided into plots of variable size in around twenty communes.
The clay-limestone and clay-marl soils, as well as the frequent spring frosts, favor the cultivation of the Meunier grape variety which represents 75% of the grape varieties.
Its reduced dosage liquor content makes it an "Extra Brut" champagne
This bias allows the wine to express more freely the finesse of its aromas as well as the identity of the terroir.
The tonic attack gives way to a pretty bouquet of yellow fruits and flowers, opening onto a lingering and slightly saline finish. Between freshness, fruitiness and elegance, the Contraste cuvée is a refined wine.
