TERRES de MEUNIER
"Coteaux Champenois Rouge"
Elaborated in confidential quantities (1733 bottles for the 2014 vintage) and only in exceptional years, "Terres de Meunier 2014" comes from a single plot called "Les Louves" located in one of the best place or the right bank of the Marne Valley.
This red wine from Champagne is made from the Meunier grape variety only, which is very rare in Champagne. The grapes are grown in Organic Cultivation. The maceration is carried at very low temperature of 12degC and the alcoholic fermentation is conducted in indigenous yeasts (yeasts naturally present in grape juice).
Aging is done in new and old oak barrels 228L for 18 months.
There is no filtration to respect wine aromas.
