Champagne Alfred Tritant - Mes Racines
This champagne will be perfect for the aperitif with crostinis of ricotta, honey and rosemary, with crisp biscuits with seeds, or with a shot glass of smoked salmon, fromage frais and grilled gingerbread cubes.
ROBE
The robe is light yellow and very bright. Its sparkle is fine with a beautiful lace of persistent bubbles.
NOSE
The nose opens on overtones of small red berries, mandarin, orange and light tobacco. Some time later, it reveals spicier and lightly grilled overtones.
MOUTH-FEEL
The attack is round and light. This champagne lets explode in mouth an intensity with hot gourmet hints of baked apple and gingerbread. It offers a nice tannic structure which develops on a mineral and fruity basis. The whole is harmonious and perfectly balanced between freshness and aromatic complexity. This cuvée lets in mouth a light sweetness which gives a very pleasant finish.
