This wine, rich and elegant, wonderfully enhances Bouzy's pinot noir. Pair it perfectly with a very tender red meat. 

ROBE

This Bouzy Rouge Presents a garnet-coloured hue with a beautiful shine. The robe reveals its first-tile red tints. 

NOSE 

The bouquet has red fruits (strawberry, raspberry liqour) mingling with notes of dry fruits such as roasted almonds. When aired, subtle notes of violet as well as spices like saffron bring out complexity to the aromatic panel.

MOUTH-FEEL

The mouth-feel of this cuveé unveil its most beautiful maturity notes. After a silky attack, the tannic structure brings in the finish in length.
