PAUL CLOUET SELECTION
The house of Paul Clouet was founded in 1907 by the grandfather of Marie-Thérèse Bonnaire who today watches over the destinies of the brand accompanied by his two children, Jean-Etienne and Jean-Emmanuel.
Based in Bouzy, the Bonnaire-Clouet family is a family of renowned and respected winemakers from the Montagne de Reims where their expertise is expressed through their Blanc de Noirs champagnes.
"A property owned by Marie Therese Clouet-Bonnaire, who is married to the famous wine maker in Cramant! It is he who makes those classic Bouzy champagne in his modern headquarters in Cramant. Definitely a name to remember. All wines are round and nicely honeyed." - Richard Juhlin (Champagne Expert).
