This champagne derives exclusively from the first batch of black grape juice. Vinification without malolactic fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, followed by blending with reserve wines matured in oak barrels. The colour and the aromas of the red fruits come from the addition (during blending) of 10 to 20% red champagne wine. A highly aromatic and rich cuvée to be enjoyed throughout a meal or to accompany a dessert based on red berries.
